Used Furniture Description

A reclining leather sofa in excellent condition. Sofa had very little use of it. Used by a single person for 1 + year only. No roommates, no pets, no children, no smoke. Paid 1200 just over a year ago at Art Van Furniture. Measure 70 "W x 40" high x 40. "You will need assistance to pick up. Center backrest comes down to provide a console for snacks and drinks. USB port located on both sides of the sofa. Would be excellent for living room, theater or dedicated game room.
