Plastic coated wicker & steel frame, cordura fabric cushions, manufactured by Hampton Bay. Cushions are easy to handle for - stains or dusty with a spray from the garden hose comes right off. I can't take it with me and I can't shift. About 3 years old, worth over $600 new.
